DERRICK HENRY JUST SCORED HIS FIRST NFL TOUCHDOWN. The Titans rookie punches it in from six yards out against Jacksonville. The Heisman Trophy winner is officially on the board in the NFL.

Trade! The Colts are sending eight-time Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seahawks for a 2027 third-round pick and a 2028 fifth-round pick, sources tell @ringer @netflixsports.

The #Titans Defense isn't getting as much heat as it deserves because of playing against the Jameis Winston led NYGs Statistically, that game itself is carrying the load in terms of Points Allowed, Yards Allowed, EPA/play Allowed This isn't just a bad offense. Not just a bad coach. Not just a bad quarterback. This is a bad TEAM and the Defense deserves way more scrutiny

I dreamed of the day that we would see people say Sal Frelick was cheating in the world series

This guy isn't celebrating his homerun for a reason. This is a World Series homerun and look at his face. He KNOWS he cheated. This is Frelick right after homering. He's mortified and terrified of people finding out. Cheating AF

This is what makes him so frustrating. He’ll make one of the best throws of his career and then a few plays later overthrow his wide open TE for a gimme touchdown.
Thought this was Ward's best throw of the day yesterday. Reads the man motion key pre-snap, finds the crosser against c1 on-time, and throws with impressive touch + placement. If this is to any receiver with longer than 27 5/8" arms, this is a catch for an explosive

Another week where I say Cam didn’t play well and people assume that means I want to see Mitch. That will never be the case, I’m going down with Cam. ALL SEASON.

My thoughts on Cam Ward’s day yesterday now that I’m through the Week 7 tape: Oddly enough, I actually thought it was his best game of the season thus far. Therein lies the problem though, considering I didn’t think he was altogether great. Even in what I’d call the best game of his sophomore season, he still looks like a shell of his rookie tape. The whole farce of game-by-game progression/development from Ward this season is completely undermined by the fact that he’s decisively regressed in comparison to what he was last year There were more splash plays than any other game of his this year, but the INT issues persisted, the mechanics/footwork-induced accuracy issues were glaring again, and the pocket mismanagement refuses to go away. He tested the MOF more against Cleveland, but it was almost entirely slants/quick in-breakers against a MOFC, man-heavy defense (which he’s much more comfortable testing in between the hashes than he is zone-heavy defenses). The sporadic flashes were a step in the right direction, but Ward has to find a way to consistently get back to (and ideally surpass) the baseline level of tape that he was producing in the 2nd half of last season. He just looks so far away from that currently

Per @sportradar, here are longest streaks without back to back wins in NFL history: Titans 65, 2022-present (will extend to 66 next week win or lose) Browns 65, 2018 (Bucs went 74 straight without back-to-back wins in same season from 1985-89 but did win final game of 1988 and first game of 1989 to break up that streak)

I have no idea how there isn't a false start on Cleveland here on the play that got them in FG range. I mean, c'mon.
