This is what i think too. Path will change but the end is the same. They did the same with Dune Part 2. The first baby Leto II 's death was the trigger in the book but they changed it to the sietch bombing. Path is different but the end is the same.

no the end has not changed, scytale is here negotiating like the end of the book and we have paul walking off to the desert too after losing his chani..it’s all in the trailer. just the path leading there has changed but it’s gonna hurt deeply.
