Cherokee Nation Entertainment has sued the state of Arkansas over the amendment that passed Tuesday that repealed the license they were awarded earlier this year to build a casino in Pope County. They claim the newly passed amendment undermines their legal rights and would interfere with several contracts they have. #ARnews #ARpx
