What does every women’s cross country team in the Big Ten and traditional running powers like Arkansas, Georgia, and Texas have in common?
They are all ranked behind Toledo.

Cool tribute inside Assembly Hall to college basketball’s last perfect team.
Also 50 years ago: Toledo ending that streak in first game at Centennial Hall.

Final note on Michigan's dismal start: 247Sports' Team Talent Composite ratings don't perfectly correlate with success, but they're close.
12 of 14 most "talented teams" are also in AP top 20.
Michigan and A&M the exceptions. UM isn't without players (OK, get back to us on QB). It's just missing any trace of an identity.
