Working smoke alarms save lives, but only if they’re in the right place. One on every level is an absolute minimum #FireKills #OneIsNotEnough

Yesterday saw #Gibraltar Airfield Fire and Rescue Service, supported by @RAF_Gib personnel, conduct a successful exercise on the airfield. This training is essential to ensure their skills remain sharp and they remain ready to react to any situation that could occur. @DFR_FIRE

Absolutely not a ‘hero’, there are many who deserve this title (and definitely not me); but yes, it is harmless and may save a life; but will also help with essential research. So, PLEASE donate plasma if you can 👍🏻 – at Corsham, England
Be a real life hero like @CFO_DFR
Donating Plasma is a harmless procedure.

Imagine going to your gym, put on your ski gear then get in the sauna & do your workout. That’s what it’s like for our firefighters when dealing with incidents in this type of heat. Whether it’s a house fire or cutting someone out of a crashed car it’s all avoidable. Take care.

The UK FRS is on standby to assist Lebanon following yesterday’s catastrophic explosions, resulting in at least 100 lives lost & thousands injured. NFCC is in talks with government and if requested to assist, a team could be mobilised within a few hours.
