That's where I am atm. Brain fog is so intense I can't really do it. I'm just trying to be patient though and hoping the clarity comes back at some point.

Since the recent announcements of cuts I've decided all new media should be required to accept videos of my incoherent ramblings rather than a tradition pitch.

Yeah, unsurprisingly when my PIP got taken away, I didn't go back through the process.

When I went to tribunal, I had to induce a PTSD response so they could see it so they'd give me the money.

I have a fair bit, but bear in mind I'm 7 years in. I had to rest for years, and then I was slowly able to increase my activity. I can't work a standard job and work freelance instead, and I have about 4-5 active hours in a day, but that is a lot better than where I was.

People spreading the message does help.

I am so grateful that people on the internet told me to rest when I first was ill. I also had a boss who was a nurse, and she sat me down and told me to quit my job and rest because I was running on adrenaline and it was damaging me.

I know this is a really annoying thing for me to say, but you have time. You're still young. Working in a way that supports my health has been so important to me. It was people on Twitter who told me to rest when I first got fatigued, and I'm so grateful to them.

As another trauma survivor, it might just be your body needing rest after years of running on adrenaline in fight or flight mode. Don't ignore your body asking for rest. I know that's not an easy ask when we need to pay bills, but the earlier your rest, the better.

Wow. Tony Khan makes his decisions based off your videos? You're so powerful!
I didn't think I'd reach 30. I'm 33 now, and I haven't had a single suicidal thought in about 5 years. Having an end date can be a pressure release. It takes the hopelessness away from what feels like it will be pain forever, but there is a part of you that wants life.

You've done a really important thing. You've paid attention to that little part of you that wants to hang on. I encourage you to find the reasons in there. The things you love, and feed them. I don't say that glibly, I spent nearly a decade chronically suicidal.

This one will get you Chugs. The Legend of Glitterbeard is an Easter Egg in Sea of Thieves. It was added to the game as a tribute to James White, a young Apprentice Data Analyst at Rare who sadly passed away. It's a beautiful piece of music.

That tweet actually made me laugh. Am I meant to be doing g something groundbreaking? I was just enjoying being able to lie in and having full control over what's on the TV 🤣

Love you, Chugs. Glad there's a day we can all check in after a busy week.
