I pray for the people of Ukraine, and all of Europe. I spent 21 years in the Ohio Air National Guard; years training to reopen a mothballed air base in Europe in the event of an attack in Europe by Russia. We heard about how the USSR outmanned and outgunned us in every possible facet of war making, and it was scary. But President Reagan and the western/European economies brought them to their knees without another war (winning the Cold War). So we need to end this new war as quickly as possible, and then bring them to their knees again using economics, tariffs, sanctions, pursuing war crime convictions, etc; while working together with our NATO allies. No more Ukrainians should die or their villages and cities destroyed. We can beat them and force change without that devastation and death. Russia withdrew after their last collapse, and it can happen again with strong leadership and our resolve.

We had a trainer from North Pole Consulting show up today at lunch to help us with team building, and it was very helpful! I guess it's a free service... he said it was the gift that keeps giving.

At Waterville Primary school this morning, starting drainage improvements and repaving the playground asphalt. The playground is closed for the project duration.

The new Waterville Primary Land Lab Shade Structure is almost complete. Concrete floor coming soon. Thanks to the Waterville Primary Parent's Association for funding this project!

Locker tear out day for the first floor of the Junior High. New lockers will be installed next month. Surprised to see the walls were originally orange.

AW Junior High is getting a gym floor makeover this summer. It's been at least 30 years since it was sanded all the way down. Back to the tornado of 1992. We definitely got our money's worth out of this floor.

Thank you Waterville Kroger for the donation of hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and antimicrobial hand soap to Anthony Wayne Schools. Four pallets! We'll put it good use!!

Just need a lawn, that's about all that's left.

Parking lots are done, striping today, just landscaping to wrap up.

Paving is underway at Whitehouse Primary, should be complete by the end of the day tomorrow.

At Whitehouse Primary, the concrete work should wrap up today, with asphalt paving starting next Monday.

At Whitehouse Primary, the rest of the light poles are going up, concrete curb machine should be here tomorrow. Lots of concrete will be going down this week.

Concrete contractor is back on site at Whitehouse Primary, so sidewalks and parking lots are really taking shape now.

Work is continuing on the Whitehouse Primary parking lot. The waterline loop was completed yesterday.

The demo contractor just has a few things to clean up. Vernon Nagel has returned to resume site work.

Just a few piles of rubble left.

Demolition still has a way to go, removing foundations and sorting through all the debris.

Vernon Nagel is slowly returning to Whitehouse Primary, as the demolition cleanup completion is only a week away now.
