This was an absolute dime from George MacIntyre to Mike Matthews Matthews was able to haul in the reception despite having his left arm held down, but it was ultimately negated due to off-setting penalties (Ineligible man down field and DPI) @VolsOnSI

He is correct, and the penalties were penalties; however, if you look at the other side of the ball, South Carolina had two touchdowns with more egregious holds than we did, and they were missed, ironical. Then you got the late hit that was missed.
