#LeadershipMatters -1year in the making and 5 DDAT/IT teams +@BHTMedEd have come together to deliver the best *full* changeover in 7 years! We've outdone ourselves since our 'soft launch' in February including brand new slides at the back of this photo w @NMacdonaldBHT #proud
Over 250 new doctors allocated smart cards and laptops across 5 days - with on site technical support on configuration and usage. Fabulous work digital team 👍👊🥇

Just over a year ago I moved to the Trust. I truly consider this my greatest achievement and also greatest learning leading a new emerging team.
We've already started to use this project as a blue print to induct our team members about the complexities of bidding, digital transformation and compliance. Looking forward to expanding the use of the NHSapp to the rest of @BucksHealthcare
