3 games in and it’s seriously concerning, I got panned last season when I said DM needed to go and the recruitment was poor. Different season same issues recruitment and a brand of football that’s a hard watch and fans in a state of apathy which is extremely concerning.
Bothar Pro are excited to get this one over the line. Shane has a CV that most players would envy. After falling out of love with the game he’s found his passion is back and we can’t wait for the season to start.
Another deal done, the best RB in the @NL_Enterprise for @thesilkmen. @Ammardyer2 huge season ahead with the quality and potential this boy has to go further.
Tuesdays work, our first link with a Premiership Club to build a relationship and take our young exceptional talent.
Another Bothar Pro player moved this summer, that’s number 9.

All of us at Bothar Pro have worked hard to identify the best talent over the Irish Sea and give them an opportunity in the professional game in the UK. This boy 🔥🔥🔥⚽️⚽️⚽️
Come across Sean O'Mahony at St Francis in Ireland 🇮🇪
23. Lovely finisher, really aggressive, great stamina, agile, cute and clever. 35 km p/h max speed up there with anyone.
I think for League Two clubs in a position to succession plan, signing him on a 2+1 with a view to possibly loaning him out to step-2 for a year could be worth a look.
Definitely a risk because the standard of defending in the #EFL and upper-echelons of non-league will be much better than League of Ireland's 3rd tier. Far fewer mistakes. Physically a huge adjustment. Might need a year at a lower level to bridge the gap.
But if you can get ahead of the curve, you can avoid being priced out the market later and do next summer's business now.

Absolutely mind blowing a manager with these stats 400 wins from 900 games hasn’t been given an opportunity further up the pyramid with close to a 50% win ratio. But no surprises the same names getting managerial positions after being sacked weeks earlier and leaving the broken clubs in the rear view mirror with a payout and new job.
Not to detract from Andy’s success with negativity because what he’s achieved is simply outstanding and shows the quality of the man himself. Also don’t forget this man’s played at every level of Football in the UK here’s a few.

"I'm rightly proud and I'm hopefully not finished yet." 🗣️
A word from Preecy, now that the dust has settled, having finished the 2025/26 campaign with 400 wins as a manager in football in just over 900 games. 👏🏻
