Hey @WestMidRailway thanks for cancelling the 1638 hourly service from Kidderminster that I was literally heading for, just had to get a £42 uber to Birmingham because you can’t be bothered to run a railway properly. Sort it out! Should I rebook uber for after work?
Another pointless @WestMidRailway ticket bought and unchecked and unused because no one checked it.
You wonder why you have such massive ticket fraud? If no one checks tickets, why would people buy them?
