I think we’re missing the point here. No, “GHOE” nor A&T NEEDS Night Cap. But when you to agree to a million dollar production because that’s what it cost to fly people in, pay for their rooms, per diem, salary, camera equipment etc. You don’t make egregious monetary request at the last minute (which I am assuming it was given the context) We (HBCUs myself included) complain when people don’t consider us for big events and productions and when they do we cannot treat them poorly. I’m so happy A&T will prosper in spite of but I still think it would have been nice to broadcast the school to an audience they may not have reached yet or reach the aperture point of someone who only knows them in passing.
