Am I buggin?? Coach Johnson disagrees with Me, and that’s cool. The #Bears won by an impressive 17 points in Seattle, and yet I feel that they could have seized complete control of that game much earlier. I felt the same last week against the #Patriots, when the Bears dominated, but only won by 6 points. I believe that the next level for this team is to bury teams earlier, when they have the opportunity to. That opportunity won’t always present itself, but, when it does, take advantage! Allowing teams to hang around leaves you susceptible to something fluky happening that could cost you a game. If You’re good enough to whoop em, WHOOP em! Remember, Coach Johnson is the person who said, “It’s not, ‘Are we going to win?’ It’s, ’How much are we going to win by?’ That’s what we live by.” If the Bears win every game from now until February 14 by 1 point, it’ll be the greatest sports year of my life! (72-10, and 2016 were damn good too). So, if they’re all gonna be 60 minute games, as Coach said on Wednesday, then fine. But I like the more dominant mentality. And I think they’re capable of it.
