🚨 “STOCK UP ON EMERGENCY SUPPLIES!”
“PREPARE FOR THE NEXT CRISIS!”
“BUY BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!”
Everyone gets worked up.
I ask one simple question.
WHO BENEFITS?
Those selling emergency supplies.
Look what happened after the UK government warnings:
Torch sales up 284%.
Radio sales up 160% at one retailer.
Tinned food sales up 40%.
One emergency supplier reported a 650% sales increase.
Fear drives demand.
Demand drives sales.
Sales drive profits.
Profits contribute to GDP.
GDP generates tax revenue.
You don’t even need an emergency.
Just the fear of one.
Meanwhile, how many people are asking the questions that really matter?
Which think tanks or NGOs helped shape the policy?
Who funds them?
How did their recommendations reach politicians?
And how did those warnings become headlines amplified across the media?
And remember.
The same influencers driving you into fear today will have moved on to the next frightening headline tomorrow.
They benefit from your short-term reactions.
You protect yourself with long-term thinking.
Have a plan.
Prepare on your own terms.
Don’t let every headline dictate your next move.
Tune out the noise.
It’s not that difficult, people.

No cayó.

BREAKING: Czech National Bank Governor Aleš Michl confirmed the central bank added a 1% Bitcoin position to its reserves.
⠀
The bank shifted away from low-yielding bonds to protect the nation's sovereign wealth against endless fiat inflation.
⠀
While traditional central bankers print paper money, forward-thinking governors are quietly securing digital scarcity.

Sovereign balance sheets are leaving melting cash behind.
Bitcoin naj bi bil problem. Banke, ki plačujejo milijarde kazni? Posel kot običajno.
Medtem prihajajo inflacija, digitalna identiteta in vse več nadzora.

There's a bug in Electrum, a popular Bitcoin wallet, and attackers are already using it. If you use Electrum, update to version 4.8.3 now!
Here's how the attack works..
Electrum doesn't download the whole blockchain. Unless you run your own server, it asks someone else's server what's happening with your wallet. A dishonest server can abuse that trust.
1. You send a payment. The dishonest server quietly throws it away, so it never reaches the Bitcoin network.
2. The server then shows your wallet a fake pending payment that sends your coins to the attacker instead. The attacker's address is made to end with the same characters as the real one, so it looks right at a glance.
3. The fake has no fee, so it looks stuck. Older Electrum versions don't check its signatures, so they show it as your own payment.
4. You do what anyone would do with a stuck payment. You speed it up by raising the fee (a "fee bump", also called RBF). Your wallet signs a brand new, valid version of the fake, and now the attacker really gets paid.
At least one person has already lost money this way. Checking only the last few characters of an address won't protect you here. Check the whole address and the amount before you sign.
How EntropyLab helps.
EntropyLab never connects to the internet, so no server can slip it a fake transaction.
Its PSBT Inspector, the tool that shows exactly what a transaction does before you sign it, has a section called "Check a fee bump". Before you speed up a payment, paste in the original transaction you saved when you first sent it, then inspect the speed-up transaction your wallet wants you to sign. If any payment now goes to a different address or a different amount, it shows red with "A payment was changed or removed." In this attack, that's exactly what you'd see.
One catch. The check is only as good as the original you give it. Use the copy you saved when you first sent the payment, not the one your wallet shows you now, because that one may be the fake. Compared with the fake, the bump looks fine.
No saved copy? The PSBT Inspector still shows the full address and amount of every payment. Compare the whole address with the one you meant to pay, not just the last few characters.

Remember.
If Binance absorbs the losses from this hack, as it has committed to doing, the financial damage could largely remain with one company.
That’s fundamentally different from the contagion we saw with Celsius, FTX, BlockFi, 3AC, Gemini Earn, Genesis, Terra LUNA and others.
Those failures spread through interconnected lending, leverage and counterparty exposures.
A company taking the hit itself is very different from passing losses through the entire system.
That’s why the real test isn’t just the size of the hack.
It’s whether Binance can honour all customer liabilities, restore withdrawals and absorb the losses without spreading them to others.
So far, that’s the direction they’re signalling.
But we still need to see the proof, which they have committed to providing.
On the wider geopolitical point.
I always look at the incentives.
The potential incentives for MIC-linked intelligence agencies to conduct or exploit hacks include:
Weakening independent financial infrastructure.
Forcing companies into greater dependence on the FIC.
Creating pressure for increased surveillance, regulation and centralised custody.
Gaining access to financial intelligence and sensitive customer data.
Disrupting financial networks used by geopolitical adversaries.
Creating opportunities for financial assets and infrastructure to be acquired or controlled by FIC institutions.
Binance had already been forced to accept U.S. government-appointed independent compliance monitors as part of its $4.3 billion settlement over money-laundering and sanctions violations.
The settlement included a five-year U.S. Treasury monitorship, giving an independent monitor access to Binance’s books, records, systems, transactions and accounts.
The DOJ also imposed a separate three-year compliance monitorship.
CZ was forced to step down as CEO and later received a presidential pardon.
Israel has also requested that Binance freeze funds connected to Palestinians and others, as part of its financial genocide.
Think about what that means for the sovereignty of a global financial company.
This is how I analyse the increasing subordination of financial infrastructure to the FIC.
None of these incentives proves who carried out this hack.
But I always follow the incentives, not just the headlines.
Oh yeah.
🇮🇱 Every hack is always North Korea. 😂

ofcom wants every adult in the uk to show id to use social media
discord already leaked 70k id photos from its age checks last year. this just builds a bigger pile for the next one
🚨BREAKING: All Britons may need ID to use social media, the UK's online safety regulator today announces
“This plan for a government ‘social media ban’ is a national ID system by the back door.
Both the government and Ofcom have admitted that children will get around the ban, which means the real effect will be normalising adults and children alike to hand over their passports just to get online.
Hundreds of thousands of people without ID, who tend to be poorer people, and many more who don’t want to risk handing their passports over to foreign tech companies will be locked out of huge parts of the internet.
The plan will kill anonymity online, whilst the UK’s culture of speech policing is reaching a crisis point. The policy is painfully misguided, an Orwellian assault on free speech and privacy, and will make children no safer at all.
The false illusion that children aren’t on social media will cause the companies to abandon all their child safety measures. The Government could be promoting meaningful safety measures and supporting parental controls that genuinely protect children - instead, they’re demanding government ID from the whole population just for uncensored internet access. It is authoritarian madness.”

Leyen nimmt Ihnen ihr bezahlbares, altes Auto weg
Neue Verordnung (EU) 2026/1738 vom 8.
