What did Dale Jr say? Just get rid of it? If it doesn’t improve safety and just causes a bunch of unnecessary controversies, just get rid of it
A new episode of "Hauler Talk" has just dropped. A few takeaways: -- NASCAR is saying that to get penalized for going below the double yellow line, a car must have the whole tire down there AND improve the position AND not be forced down there. So three things. -- In Kyle Larson's case, he didn't go below the yellow line (was on it), so it's a moot point. -- Austin Hill would likely have been black-flagged if he hadn't already finished as the last car on the lead lap. He was not forced below the line by Larson in Turn 2, NASCAR felt; Hill went down there himself AND improved his position. But they didn't call anything because the penalty would have put him right where he was. -- Ross Chastain and Carson Hocevar went below the line but were not penalized because they were forced below the line by Todd Gilliland, NASCAR felt. -- NASCAR looked at penalizing Gilliland but it was inconclusive whether he forced them down there on purpose, so they didn't make a call (but they could have and it was close, apparently).

Add it to the pile of “evidence of why the yellow line rule is stupid and dumb.” These kind of discussions are so tiring and we can’t enjoy the finish for what it was
Two things from NASCAR: 1. They looked at the SMT data and Stenhouse, Byron and Custer were all wide open from Turn 3 to the end of the race (none of them lifted to let Larson win, in other words) 2. They say Larson's left-side tires were on the yellow line but never below the yellow line. So they reviewed that and say it's legal.

Do this all the time at NASCAR races. Just act like you belong and you’ll find yourself in some pretty cool spots. If you get outed, just a “oops, my bad, I didn’t know I couldn’t be here” and sneak into the next spot
I got intense anxiety just watching this man some people I don’t know how people are able to do shit like this

I’m about this only because trans-Atlantic crossings will be referred to as trans-trump, and that’s the kind of hilarious backfiring that can only come with this administration
Donald Trump wanted to rename the Atlantic Ocean either 'Trump' or 'America' Ocean, but capitulated after speaking with Google CEO Sundar Pichai. "Oceans are different, sir. They cover really a lot of countries. Please don’t ask us to do that," Pichai reportedly said.

ℹ️ Fuente: Marshall Pruett YouTube #INDYCAR #NASCAR
