also looking to get more $EDEL as well atm was looking to increase exposure to Canton since as of october its been decided that the DTCC w/ 30trillion$ assets will run tokenization on only two chains - one of which is their private chain, and the other of which is Canton. these guys have been shipping nonstop & just closed another institutional partnership to bring further of their Margin Layer vision to life - where everyone can trade perpetuals without selling their stocks. with private positions so you can't get stop-hunted / liq-hunted by third parties. flowdesk is a very much well known institutional liquidity provider, imo this brings yet more doors open for the protocol & the upcoming Margin Layer of the industry note: mp cap recently bought edel & previously participated in an angel round

// the singular contrarian bet of the coming DeFi wave of the 600tn$ RWA industry - base:0xfb31f85a8367210b2e4ed2360d2da9dc2d2ccc95 have been paying very close attention to this protocol for the past few weeks and watched it ship features & FMI alignments nonstop (one of which is with the DTCC itself, which is interesting since $QNT recently pumped 3billion$ from TCH alignment. i dont think its priced properly yet that FMI alignment might be the deepest moat there is in the coming rwa cycle, non-symmetric information propagation means that theres often mispriced sleepers in the market) - noticed that the latest trajectory that the protocol is moving towards is very much interesting, especially if team continues executing. essentially, this protocol is gunning to be the AWS of tokenized equities. they started from dominating the institutional chain (Canton) in an RWA bull market like how HL dominated the perps chain (Arbitrum), and are aligning with the DTCC like how Hyperliquid aligned with the CFTC. the risk is there - they are still early. but if they execute, there is a non-zero likelihood of becoming one of, if not the main player of Tokenized Equities in the coming 600Trillion$ Tokenized Equities bull market. based on their (recently updated) docs - and i haven't seen anyone on the TL talk about this - their upcoming new protocol addition makes them the first (both tradfi and defi) to be able to allow traders to trade perps without selling their spot tokenized stocks - essentially, unlocking the entirety of 600Tn$ RWA sector as smart contract-enforced margin to trade anything and everything. in other words, the first protocol to allow traders to trade perps without selling their stocks. at 2$ it was obvious that hype were dominating perps on Arbitrum. but most were caught off guard that Perps on Equities would grow this big (and going to grow even bigger - all in all hl is still the greatest play in our industry). today, i wonder how many will be caught off guard when DeFi on Tokenized Equities takes off. and how many will generate asymmetric returns from it. for now, it is one of the main (if not the main) sector im extremely interested in note: mp cap aped an angel round locked w/ vesting + aped on open market depending on market conditions, mp cap may buy/sell tokens at any time
