What Zille is saying about property in JHB makes a lot of sense from an investor's perspective. Nobody buys property only to watch it lose value. We're already experiencing difficulties selling properties in poorly managed municipalities. Even municipal billing is constantly incorrect, and getting those errors rectified is an uphill battle. 😭🤬
