WHAT TO EXPECT HERE ⬇️ 🩺 Medicine: Acute Medicine, ICU, POCUS, procedures, clinical reasoning and real-life medical experiences. 📚 MRCP Exams & Mentorship: I scored 169/172 (98%) in MRCP PACES and have been tutoring candidates since 2022. Expect practical exam tips, teaching and career guidance. 🌍 IMG Journey: From Nigeria to the NHS, navigating exams, specialty training, career progression and breaking barriers. 🙏🏾 Faith & Purpose: Christian reflections on integrity, resilience, leadership, service and pursuing excellence. 💪🏾 Fitness & Wellness: Strength training, healthy living and staying active despite a demanding career. ✨ Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle: Because there’s more to me than scrubs! 😂💃🏾 👩🏾‍👦‍👦 Motherhood & Real Life: Balancing marriage, two boys, medicine and everything in between. 💬 Advocacy & Honest Conversations: Healthcare, gender bias, professionalism, patient advocacy and respectful disagreements. . . MY GOAL? ❤️ To educate, inspire, mentor and encourage you to pursue excellence without compromising your values or losing yourself along the way. And honestly, one of the most rewarding parts of sharing my journey has been meeting people who recognise me from social media and tell me how much my content has encouraged them.
