Paul Maurice on how he believes Senators fans "should" welcome Brady Tkachuk back to Ottawa: “However they feel. Like, that's what this is all about. It's okay. If you're unhappy, come unhappy. If you loved watching him play, come watch him play. If you're jilted, be jilted. Bring the passion. Bring whatever it is that you feel. Don't come mad because the guy beside you's mad, or happy because the guy beside you's happy. It's about hockey, even what pro sports is all about let it all fly. We'll enjoy it.” #GoSensGo #FlaPanthers

Calling something “the clot shot” does not make it hematology. The real clotting signal was VITT/TTS, seen mainly with adenoviral-vector vaccines such as J&J and AstraZeneca. Regulators found it, quantified it, and changed recommendations. The mRNA vaccines do not rewrite DNA. The mRNA stays in the cytoplasm, is translated, and is degraded. And COVID itself causes far more thrombosis than vaccination. So please name these “smartest people in the world.” A nickname is not evidence.
For the past seven years, the smartest people in the world have called it "The Clot Shot." Why? Because the shot causes clots. Similarly, the smartest people in the world do NOT call it a vaccine. Why? Because it's not. It's experimental mRNA gene therapy.

A heartbreaking story involving Winnipeg Jets goaltender Clay Stevenson. 💔 In 2019, Clay lost his mother, Holly, to suicide. She was his biggest supporter. She drove him to practices, helped him train, and even convinced him not to quit hockey when he was 16. Just 10 days after losing her, Clay returned to the ice and recorded a 39-save shutout. Today, at 27, he’s living his NHL dream with the Winnipeg Jets. But there’s something special on the back of his goalie mask. ❤️ The Star of Life symbol, honoring his mother, who worked as a paramedic. She never got to see him make the NHL, but he carries her memory with him every time he steps onto the ice. Some dreams are achieved for two people. ❤️

DB & I are heartbroken to hear of the passing of our dear friend Sandi Thompson. One of the Bonfire OGs, she was as devoted a Bombers fan as there ever was and the Walby’s Warrior of the Live Chat. We will miss her dearly. Our deepest condolences to all who knew her.
One of the sweetest, kindest, and funniest people you could ever meet. She always made sure @DavisSanchez and I stayed in line 😂 Her love for the @Wpg_BlueBombers was unmatched. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Rest peacefully. 💙💛🙏🏾

This is absolutely brutal. This is how the RW Influencers act in real life... Zero class, zero integrity. Just attack and go after Carney at all costs. Carney handled this very well. Proud of our Canadian leadership

Carney had lived the vast majority of his life in Canada. He had three passports because he travelled, worked, and lived abroad. He no longer has them. Brookfield wasn't "his company" he worked there for 4 years. The HQ moved, the company is still IN Canada. His family lives in the US because that's where they went to school and currently work. He doesn't want to join China. The comment about New World Order was clearly saying Trump has changed the order within the world. This is all very simple stuff, and none of it takes away from how GREAT Canada is. Happy to help!

Here's a man who felt in his heart he needed to make a change and move on from Winnipeg. No hard feelings. Still shows love to our city and we reciprocate. ❤️
“It shows what kind of people they have here in Winnipeg.” Nikolaj Ehlers, generous with his time this afternoon, and with his praise for #NHLJets fans.

Ben, you've explained one mechanism of fiber and overlooked several others. Fiber also lowers LDL and ApoB, provides substrates for microbial fermentation, produces short-chain fatty acids such as butyrate, and supports colonic physiology. None of those benefits requires a carbohydrate-heavy meal. And while fiber isn't classified as an essential nutrient, that doesn't mean its absence is optimal. The colon has a physiology beyond being a convenient exit for yesterday's steak.
Fiber is helpful, but helpful isn't the same as essential. The glucose benefit comes from soluble fiber, which slows how quickly starches and sugar from a meal reaches the blood. Insoluble fiber does little for blood sugar. So soluble fiber's value for glucose control depends on how much glucose there is to slow down. With carb-heavy meals, it can make a meaningful difference. With low-carb meals, there's less to blunt, and the value mostly depends on whether a person may still want some fiber to keep bowel movements regular.
