The maximum sentence for publication offences is five years imprisonment.
This will affect publishers and consumers globally.
The offences are, in simple terms:
1. Strangulation or suffocation.
(2 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
2. Penetrative sexual activity between people pretending to be related.
(2 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
3. Sexual activity between two people where (a reasonable person would think) at least one person is, or is pretending to be, under sixteen.
(3 years for possession, 5 years for publication)

Additionally, if you're on OF. Accept that once you make a name for yourself, your entire wall will be scraped and leaked (unfortunately) - another compelling reason why I am NOT a fan of no PPV as a strategy or having explicit images included in your subscription.
Leaks are not "part of doing business." We need to stop accepting that.
Here's what a leak actually does 👇
Every leaked PPV adds free supply to the market, and that free supply competes directly with your paid content.
A $25 drop bought by 120 fans should earn about $3,000. Every fan who finds it free instead is a sale gone. One leak seen by about 80 people means about $2,000 in sales you never make.
And it doesn't stop there. Fans learn to wait instead of buy, and they start to think your content is worth less. Prices drop across the board. The leaker sets your price to zero.
Takedowns help, but the same leaker just does it again with your next drop.
The fix is to shrink free supply at the source: find out who leaked it, name them, and ban them. When free copies dry up, paid demand comes back, and so does your value.
Creators deserve better than "that's just how it is." 💪

This is basically a direct attack on us. Can't lie, it hurts. This is why we have always pushed not voting for extremists on any side. To our UK friends, we are with you, hopefully this gets reversed or at least made more logical with time.
Attacking people's fetishes and banning what is between 2 consenting adults is as low as it gets IMO.
People don't control what turns them on, and now trying to stop consenting adults from having that outlet can be seen as a traumatic punishment for no reason.
