EXCLUSIVE: Honduran Illegal Charged With Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old Girl in Sanctuary New Jersey A Honduran national who illegally entered the U.S. as a juvenile is facing a slew of charges for sexually assaulting a child in the sanctuary state of New Jersey. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) provided Border Hawk with immigration background on Adolfo Alejandro Cruz-Garcia, 23. The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office (MCPO) just announced the arrest of Cruz-Garcia this week near his residence in Haledon, NJ. On Oct. 2, Cruz-Garcia met an 11-year-old girl online and despite being aware of her age, he "solicited photos of her in a state of undress and offered her money in exchange for the performance of sexual acts," MCPO explained in a press release. "Several hours later, the investigation showed, Cruz-Garcia arrived at the victim’s home, threatened to share the photos with her family and friends if she did not come outside, and lured her into the rear of his vehicle, where he repeatedly sexually assaulted her before dropping her back off near her home." Cruz-Garcia was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, first-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, first-degree Kidnapping, second-degree Aggravated Sexual Extortion, second-degree Sexual Assault, and third-degree Endangering. Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged a detainer for Cruz-Garcia, whose criminal history includes an arrest for aggravated sexual assault. "In March 2019, Border Patrol arrested Cruz-Garcia after he illegally entered the country near Hidalgo, Texas. He was transferred to ORR custody due to being a juvenile," a DHS spokesperson told us. The Honduran is tentatively due in court on Oct. 26.

EXCLUSIVE: Mexican Illegal Charged With Murdering Own Mother, Abusing Her Corpse in Kentucky An illegal alien from Mexico is facing a slew of charges in connection with the murder of his own mother in Kentucky earlier this year. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has provided Border Hawk with immigration background on Braulio Daniel Sanchez Orozco, 24. On May 27, Louisville Metropolitan Police Department (LMPD) officers responded to a residence where they found a deceased woman identified as 44-year-old Maria Elena Sanchez Orozco. Her son, Braulio, had called 911 and reportedly told local media he believed his mother’s boyfriend had killed her. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office listed Maria’s cause of death as “sharp force injuries.” Despite Sanchez Orozco not being immediately charged in his mother’s killing, he was reportedly apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in July and was behind held at Adams County Correctional Center in Natchez, Mississippi, while in deportation proceedings. On Oct. 8, he was transferred to the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections after being indicted on the following charges: Murder – Domestic Violence, Abuse of Corpse, Intimidating a Participant in the Legal Process, Tampering With Physical Evidence, and Tampering With Witness. “Sanchez Orozco is charged with murder. He lawfully entered the country on a temporary basis on April 23, 2025. In violation of our nation’s laws, he refused to depart,” a DHS spokesperson told us.
