Xabi’s biggest problem so far is unnecessary pragmatism. 523 OOP, Prioritising of experience (Hendo/Neto) etc. The Brentford loss led to shifting to 442 OOP. This loss hopefully provokes the next step forward (Lavia/Estevao).
