My only note to challenge those who don’t know Max Clark, get to know the whole package. This is a kid with a lot of layers. Old soul, hyper analytical, accomplishes whatever he sets his mind to. My favorite thing about covering Max over the last several years is that while he unapologetically owns his larger than life personality, he genuinely loves this game. He’s respected by teammates and coaches alike and he will do anything to chase down the best version of himself. He’s a truly special individual. Covering his minor league career has been an honor.
