Most people lose money on NFTs for one reason:
They mint late, with no WL or no proper research.
This is the full playbook.
How to find mints early, get whitelist, follow the right people, join the right rooms, and skip rugs.
Save this
First truth:
WL is not a form you fill when the project is already trending.
By then the list is full, the flippers are in and you’re paying mint + gas for leftovers.
WL is a social game that starts before the mint page exists.
How you actually get whitelist
1. Find projects early
Watch new accounts, new Discords, new art drops, and new contract deploys before CT starts quoting them.
2. Post about them first
Not “gm project name.”
Write what the art is, who the team is, why the supply/price makes sense, who the partners are. Teams notice the people who explain them before they need marketing.
3. DM like a person, not a beggar
“gm wl pls” dies in the inbox.
Send something useful: a thread, a collab idea, a holder insight, a bug you found, a community intro. Then ask.
4. Get in rooms and stay visible
Join Web3 and NFT communities. Comment. Help new people. Show up on spaces. Lurkers don’t get allocated.
5. Enter WL contests
Raids, quote-to-enter, meme contests, art contests, holder raffles. Easy volume if you actually participate.
6. Hold partner collections and previous drops
A lot of WL is snapshot-based. If you already hold the last collection or a partner collection, you’re in the room before the form opens.
7. Build real rapport with CMs
Not parasocial. Not “I cooked for you” as a joke with no relationship. Be useful to the people who run the list.
WL goes to people the team already trusts.
The daily stack: tools
Use these every day. Don’t open X first. Open trackers first.
Free mint tracker / sales alerts
t.me/MintGoAlerts_BOT
Free mint discovery
mintgo.fun/
Free mint / allowlist bot
github.com/Angelokhare/robin…
Project radar
alphatrack.xyz/dashboard/hig…
leak.me/
app.moni.ai/
Tracking bot
@SilentAlphaBot
Low-gas lanes people are using right now: Robinhood, Arc, ETH, Ink. Romeo flagged ~$5 gas on those.
If you have budget and you’re minting often, @_mintdash is the paid upgrade so you’re not living on free alerts alone.
Same sales tracker listed twice in the original post on purpose: alerts matter more than a pretty dashboard. Turn notifications on.
How to use the tools without drowning:
- Scan MintGo + AlphaTrack for new free mints and trending collections
- Check leak.me / moni for accounts that just started getting followed by NFT hubs
- Skim Telegram alerts you missed overnight
- Pick 2–3 projects max
- Read the team, supply, mint price, roadmap, partners
- Decide: Farm WL, ignore, or wait for secondary
- Recheck sales on the ones you minted
- Don’t revenge-mint because a friend flipped 2x
Tools find inventory. You still choose.
Who to follow for early alpha
Don’t follow 200 NFT accounts. Follow people who surface names before they trend.
@0itsali0
@iammattiex
@tenacious_ar
@SolguruNFT
@IdaraAkpabio882
@tessonchain
@Tma_420
@Crypto_Yapp
Also use @SilentAlphaBot so you’re not living on your For You page.
The real feed is not the project’s announcement.
The real feed is what these accounts start watching 3–10 days earlier.
When three of them post the same name uncoordinated, that’s a signal.
When only one shills it and the replies are all “send wl,” that’s noise.
Communities worth joining
@0xAlphaGEMs — collabs, people who actually ship together
@emperorjournal_ — tools and early alpha
@IronAllies_ — bidding / trading flow, not just mint-and-cope
@AlchemistDaO1
Rules for communities:
- Don’t join 15 communities and go silent in all of them
- Pick 2–3 and become a name
- Help before you extract
- Share research, not just “wen mint”
Ok bye
Kindly share cos I know this was helpful.

NFT privacy is taking an interesting turn with @FungoLabs and @zama
Powered by FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption), Fungo allows NFT bids to stay encrypted until an auction closes.
Even the NFT’s traits and artwork remain hidden until the holder decides to reveal them.

Have a profitable day Fellas ✨
Is the Fungolabs reward structure worth the hype?
300M $FUNGO reward pool
3% of the 10B total supply
300m $fungo = $150k
At $10m fdv:
Top 500 = $600 avg each
top 1,000 = $300 avg each
At $20M FDV:
Top 500 : = $1,200 avg per person
Top 1000 : = $600 avg per person
The rewards are decent at feasible fDVs so the Roi is worth giving it a shot
Good Morning Chads
Happy Wednesday
Will you be showing up today ?
Zama did a thing and now we expecting @FungoLabs to do more.
Have a nice day.
Stay blessed 🙌

Good Night Chads
Before I Go to bed
Lemme explain this
Imagine a store has only 3 limited-edition items. Instead of setting a price, everyone secretly submits how much they’re willing to pay.
The bids:
A: 3,000
B: 1,500
C: 1,000
D: 500
The 3 highest bidders (A, B and C) win.
But here’s the twist: Everyone pays the same price, which is the lowest winning bid: 1,000.
So:
A pays 1,000 and gets 2,000 refunded.
B pays 1,000 and gets 500 refunded.
C pays 1,000.
D gets nothing and receives a full refund.
Why? It encourages honest bidding. You simply bid the maximum you’re willing to pay without worrying about what others bid.
How does this apply to FungoLabs?
Instead of 3 items, there are 2,500 NFTs. The 2,500 highest bidders win, and everyone pays the same final price, determined by the 2,500th highest bid. Any excess amount is refunded.
Simple: Bid what you think it’s worth. The auction determines what you actually pay.
You bullish on @FungoLabs ?
How the Genesis sealed-bid auction works, explained with an example 👇
Imagine only 3 NFTs for sale. Minimum price: 500 cZAMA (example only).
4 people bid 1 NFT each:
→ A: 3,000
→ B: 1,500
→ C: 1,000
→ D: 500 (the minimum)
The top 3 bids win: A, B and C.
All winners pay the same final price, the lowest winning bid: 1,000.
→ A pays 1,000, gets 2,000 back.
→ B pays 1,000, gets 500 back.
→ C pays 1,000.
→ D bid the minimum, gets no NFT, gets 500 back.
Lesson: bidding the minimum doesn't mean you buy at the minimum. Bid what it's worth to you, you'll only pay the final price.

A common financial mistake:
Increasing your lifestyle every time your income increases.
You earn more, spend more.
You get promoted, upgrade everything.
You start making money from a business, immediately increase your expenses.
Eventually, your income grows but your financial position barely changes.
Wealth requires discipline, not just income alone.

A lot of NFTs are usually made public by default. This can result in anyone being able to inspect their traits, attributes, rarity, and stats.
And sometimes even before the owner gets to reveal them.
But @FungoLabs came up with an entirely different idea by bringing the first encrypted NFTs to Ethereum via @zama_fhe’s FHEVM.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬:
In simple terms, Fungo Labs is building a system that allows information to remain encrypted on-chain while smart contracts can still perform computations on it.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤?
They introduced two layers to their NFTs:
• The Look (Art): This NFT is usually private at mint and viewable by the holder anytime. It only goes public if you choose to publish it.
• The Essence (Power): This is encrypted on-chain. This means only the current holder can view it, as no reveal function exists for anyone else.
𝖧𝖾𝗋𝖾 𝖺𝗋𝖾 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖪𝖾𝗒 𝖡𝖾𝗇𝖾𝖿𝗂𝗍𝗌:
1. Holder-Governed Privacy: You own the art and the power to decide whether it stays sealed or goes public.
Once you sell it, your private access ends, and the new owner gains access after the transfer process.
2. True Hidden Gaming Mechanics: Fungo Labs uses Zama's FHEVM, which allows smart contracts to process encrypted information without accessing the underlying data.
This means that it can compute battles, duels, and game actions using your stats without either player exposing their numbers.
3. Fair Drops: Mint draws rely on Zama’s on-chain FHE randomness, not scraped metadata, insider previews, or backdoors.
4. Launchpad & Ecosystem: Fungo Labs is kicking off with a 3,232 Genesis collection, expanding into a sealed-NFT launchpad for other creators, and rolling out an on-chain game tailored to Genesis traits.
Now's the perfect time to get involved if you aren't yet.

In a fight, making the first move doesn’t always mean making the best move.
Sometimes the smartest fighter is the one that knows when to hold back, read the opponent, and wait for the right opening.
That’s another aspect I’d love to explore with @agentdojo. How much does timing influence an AI fighter’s performance, especially when facing opponents with completely different styles?
A fighter that rushes in might win against one opponent and get punished by another. One trained to be patient could recognize patterns and only commit when the opening is real.
Raw strength can create an advantage, but good decisions determine how that advantage is used.
How do you think Agent Dojo will show the difference between aggression and well timed decisions?
