🧠 A DAY OF CPD & den building with the boys! Work-life balance is something I’m passionate about and being able to get a good mix today makes it feel like a very productive one!

💙 THANK YOU for all the lovely messages and well wishes! I’ve had a mega day and feel so so blessed!

👊 A BIG SHOUT OUT to Coaches Tia & Eve! Seeing them in action today blew me away. I know how good they are, they’ve been with me for so long. And again, today, they helped create fantastic moments for children in our FFF Community. Thank as always for your efforts ladies!

🩷 WEAR IT PINK: I’m all in for today as it’s something that in some way, shape or form has affected us all. I want to give a huge shout to Cambridge-based charity @look4W2 who create magic and special moments for families!

💙 REMY HAS LOVED coming along to my Football Fun & Development sessions! During a game of Traffic Lights he had a go at directing traffic and loved every second of it. I think I’ve got a coach in the making on my hands!

🤸‍♂️ I’VE STARTED MY WEEK with a smile watching this back from my Friday evening session! Some of our Supertars are keen gymnasts and ofc I had to tell them about my Olympic level performances of the past…then they called me out on it!

😬 WE EVEN MAKE TIDYING the footballs away into a game! We understand that all our little Superstars want to do is play. That’s why we will always gamify as much as we can to keep them hooked in! Feeding my bag is a firm favourite at my Tots sessions - just mind your fingers!

🫂 FRIENDSHIP HAS BEEN our focus this month! I was so proud when I was cutting this clip as the comments from the children are so so sweet and I’m very lucky to coach such a brilliant bunch! Have a watch and find out what some of our superstars believe makes a good friend!

🙌 APPRECIATION POST FOR the legends who look after us at our venues. There’s never been a request or ask for support that has been too much. We’re always welcomed with smiles, a kind word and they make us feel part of the family!

🐶 HE WOULDN’T HAVE DONE that 6 months ago! As I walked near the fence, a dad said to me, “He wouldn’t have done that 6 months ago”. These are the real magic moments - when a parent sees their child make progress & it has zero to do with anything technical/football related.

🔦 IT’S NEARLY TIME for football under the lights! We talk about it all the time but there is something special about floodlit football! The children buzz that little bit more and it feels like we’re in our own little stadium! Bring on the autumn nights!
