Federal agents going door to door checking on whether people intended to vote and for credentials is the stuff of democratic nightmare. Normally, DOJ would have stopped this cold because in modern times, DOJ was committed to combating voter intimidation, not condoning it. But now the call is coming from inside the house. The Rule of Law Project exists to function as DOJ did in ordinary times.

NEW: The Trump administration has detained dozens of Afghans in Louisiana and plans to deport them back to Afghanistan, where they could face persecution under the Taliban.
The group includes relatives of Afghans who helped the U.S. military and at least one gay man. More than 150 people could ultimately be deported.

My belief is that this sudden change has nothing to do with maximizing trump’s time. The multiple protestors at his hate rallies have really bothered trump because he can’t handle the truth. He now wants to be coddled in his safe space. Weak.
NEWS: Trump's in-person Iowa rally this weekend, scheduled for Dubuque on Sunday, has been canceled and replaced with a tele-rally, according to three sources familiar with the decision. The idea is to maximize Trump’s time and reach as many voters as possible, one source said, and tele-rallies allow him to cover more ground.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine had struck an Iskander launcher and destroyed two Russian Su-34 aircraft in two missile strikes.
Zelensky also said Ukrainian intelligence had information that Russia was preparing a new ballistic missile strike.
“We need the capabilities to shoot down all this Russian evil. We are waiting for the necessary decisions,” the president said.
