Jesus said He didn't come to abolish the Law. Paul said we're not under the Law. So… did somebody change the rules? Or have we misunderstood Paul? Part Two is LIVE! 👇 WAIT… WHO SAID THAT COMMANDMENT WAS CANCELED? (Pt 2) daverequisite.substack.com/p…

Apparently, some of God's commandments have expiration dates. I'm just having trouble finding where He printed them. Jesus said He didn't come to abolish the Law. So who did? I went looking for the cancellation notices. 👇 daverequisite.substack.com/p…

Imagine being invited into someone's inheritance… then declaring the original heirs replaced. Paul explicitly denied that God rejected Israel. So who told the Church otherwise? Somebody has some explaining to do. WAIT… DID THE CHURCH REPLACE ISRAEL? daverequisite.substack.com/p…

Catholics. Orthodox. Protestants. 3 traditions. 3 claims to authority. But did Scripture actually establish those claims—or did we add a step? And what happens when we apply that same question to ourselves? WAIT... WHO GETS TO INTERPRET SCRIPTURE? daverequisite.substack.com/p…

Somewhere along the way, Christians decided God's Law and His Grace were enemies. Plot twist: God apparently never got the memo. And a second-century heretic might explain why we think that way. 👇 daverequisite.substack.com/p…

WAIT... WHERE EXACTLY IS THE COVENANT OF GRACE? What if one of Christianity's most influential theological systems is built around a covenant Scripture never explicitly establishes? I opened the Bible. Then the confessions. Things got interesting. daverequisite.substack.com/p…

Scofield: Israel “rashly accepted the law.” God: “They are right in all that they have spoken.” Well. That seems… not rash. So did Israel really “exchange grace for law” at Sinai? I went looking. WAIT... IS GRACE REALLY THE NEW PART? daverequisite.substack.com/p…

LET’S REMOVE PAUL FROM THE BIBLE What happens when we take the “Paul was a false apostle” argument seriously—and follow it all the way to its logical conclusion? daverequisite.substack.com/p…

Charlie Kirk on how he wanted to be remembered. Question: “How would you wanna be remembered?” Charlie: “I wanna be remembered for courage for my faith. That that would be the most important thing. The most important thing is my faith in my life.”

There's only ever been one perfect/infallible human being. The rest are prone to folly. Preserving the truth amidst so much error requires much grace, mercy, patience, and perseverance.

In many ways, Biblical Marriage (laws & customs) works like an azimuth for Scripture interpretation. Get Marriage right, and the whole story opens up. Miss the mark by even a little bit, and you could get lost.

The Old & New Testaments, would be better understood as 1st & 2nd, as it is one continuous series. The "New" is an Addendum meant to build upon what came before - not a distinct memorandum meant to replace it. #Bible

People will often conjur all manner of machinations to bypass biblical doctrine regarding order & sin. They prefer the self-deception as a justification for their rebellion against Yahweh's original intention at creation.

This is what leadership sounds like. That "controversial" comments about freedom are so important. Americans have for too long taken our liberties for granted.

I'm not much of a rap fan, but I'm fine with this. So long as the words are Truth. Also, I see a lot of good things: families together during worship, ladies are moderately dressed (not stealing attention), no hyped up production, it's authentic and raw.
What do you think about incorporating psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with rap interludes into the Sunday morning service?

Most 'believers' are self deceivers - masquerading as disciples of Truth - when, in fact: they are offended by God's law, and prefer the traditions of men.
