Hi tech destemming in the mini family patch 🤓. 10% potential, TA 10.5. Clean. Rosé is the name of the game. We macerated these for a few hrs, possibly a bit risky with this wacky Kuhlmann hybrid but let's see. Will be a stupidly dark Rosé. Best hobby ever!

My advice: get rid of all your acronyms in your papers, especially the ones you invented for your paper. The saved words are not worth the increased incomprehensibility. Exception: DNA and other very common acronyms.
