Here's what we know about the state-sanctioned pain patient torture and mass murder program:
• The FDA/NIH decided that informed consent for medical experimentation could be waived when the experiment posed "minimal risk;"
• Experimentation without informed consent began on the pain patient population at the VA and then expanded to the Medicare beneficiaries and then to the general population, to use "non-opioid alternatives" for pain treatment (except there ARE no effective "non-opioid alternatives;"
• The prohibitionist "addiction psychiatrists" helped label all pain patients on long-term opioid therapy as "addicts;"
• The government used the false narratives,manipulated data, and lies about "prescription opioid medications" to codify the need to use "non-opioid alternatives" to treat chronic pain (but this far has not FOUND any "non-opioid alternatives" that are effective;
• The DEA went crazy and decided that the definition of a controlled substance is "a substance that you cannot have anymore," and is ignoring the fact that these medications have legitimate medical uses for chronic, intractable, trauma, cancer, palliative, hospice, and surgical pain patients;
• The "public health emergency declaration in the opioid crisis" has allowed the health agencies and DEA to set aside any law they desire to proceed with their "public health initiatives.". These included inserting anti-opioid propaganda into medical school curriculums (unlawful, 42 USC § 1395), data-mining private patient data to find outliers who are prescribed more than what the government thinks is "excessive" (unlawful, HIPPA), prosecuting pain doctors for the "crime" of treating pain using "paid expert witness testimony" to convince Juries of guilt (unlawful, SCOTUs Decision in Ruan vs United States), and much more;
• Pain patients are now tortured, and are dying from medical complications, medical condition collapse, known increased risks of excessively high blood pressure that is non-responsive to BP meds, known increased risks of heart attack, stroke, and suicide after a forced-taper or loss of access to therapeutic doses of pain medications. Patient outcomes were NOT tracked when the agenda to restrict access to pain medication was rolled out, so we have no accurate data about the number of harms and deaths caused by these policies, although the evidence suggests that hundreds of thousands of patients may have died over the past decade as a direct result of these policies;
• No government official has responded in any way to repeated calls for reform, even though these policies have NOT reduced deaths from illicit fentanyl analog compound poisonings, the stated purpose of the policies. And the reason is that "prescription opioid medications" had nothing whatsoever to do with the parabolic rise in deaths from illicit drugs beginning in the early 2000's - the original Big Lie told to the public by the prohibitionists and captured health agencies;
• Dept of Health and Human Services has not responded in any way to the April 2025 filing of a legal Notice of a Request for Review of the Public Health Emergency Declaration in the Opioid Crisis, and has renewed that declaration twice since RFKJr was confirmed - and, has not returned the little green signature card from the post office from either the April 2025 filing or the resubmission Sept 30th, 2025;
• A District Court lawsuit will have to be filed in 2026 if we are unable to get the Dept of HHS to resolve our concerns about the corruption, false narratives, failure to protect patient safety, and all the rest of it - you can read the Notice here, which has numerous Sections that detail every known issue, problem, and LIE perpetrated by the health agencies upon the public -

It's October 22, 2026, and the U.S. Government is still torturing and killing pain patients using fraudulent claims about "prescription opioid medications" to remove access to these life-saving medications.
HOW MANY MIRE PATIENTS HAVE TO DIE before we get REFORM?

Social Security’s 3.6% COLA next year will help our seniors keep up with rising costs.
But it also means the trust fund will run out faster.
We have about five and a half years before the projected 28.5% benefit cut. We cannot wait until then to fix it.

One of the cruelest aspects of chronic illness is living in the space between undeniable suffering and insufficient medical evidence.
Patients are passed from specialist to specialist, subjected to endless testing, and left waiting for their bodies to produce enough evidence to justify what they already endure every day.
A diagnosis shouldn’t be the prerequisite for compassion, and diagnostic uncertainty should never become an excuse for medical indifference.
The absence of a definitive diagnosis does not mean the absence of disease.
These patients deserve answers, but until those answers come, they deserve to be believed, supported, and treated with dignity. 💜

This is exactly my plight!
MS? Not enough brain evidence
Sjögren’s? Not enough evidence
Lupus? Possibly more future evidence
Lyme? Not enough evidence
RA? More testing needed
Scleroderma? More testing needed
EDS? Hyper mobility decreased with age

How about we just get the government OUT of our business?

Amen, praise Jesus.
This new trend to see declining health as some sort of moral failure of the individual is sick, disgusting, and EVIL!
ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS ILLUSIONS IN MODERN SOCIETY IS THE BELIEF THAT GOOD HEALTH IS ENTIRELY WITHIN OUR CONTROL.
Anyone stumbling across my timeline this morning may notice that I’ve been amplifying some rather disturbing responses to the ongoing conversation surrounding Christina Applegate and her health.
Apparently, we’ve reached a point where strangers armed with an iPhone, an internet connection, and an inflated sense of medical expertise feel qualified to attribute another human being’s suffering to everything from veganism and breast implants to COVID-19 vaccinations.
The controversy surrounding Christina Applegate’s recently reported MS misdiagnosis has become the catalyst for a much larger conversation, one that I believe society desperately needs to have.
When did we become so comfortable treating another person’s illness as evidence of their poor judgment?
When did we decide that a person’s medical suffering was an invitation to scrutinize their lifestyle, dissect their decisions, and assign blame?
What troubles me most isn’t simply the speculation.
It’s the extraordinary arrogance underlying it.
There appears to be a surprisingly widespread belief that if you eat the right foods, exercise consistently, prioritize sleep, avoid certain substances, avoid breast implants and follow the appropriate wellness rituals, you can somehow negotiate immunity from serious illness.
YOU CANNOT.
You can reduce certain risks.
You can improve your odds.
You can make responsible decisions about your health.
But you cannot purchase biological certainty with good behavior.
Ask the marathon runner diagnosed with cancer.
Ask the lifelong athlete who develops an autoimmune disease.
Ask the person who ate impeccably, exercised religiously, and never smoked a cigarette, only to suffer a devastating medical event.
Ask the millions of people whose lives have been altered by Long COVID, many of whom were young, athletic, and exceptionally healthy before infection.
COVID-19 itself has killed millions worldwide and left countless others dealing with prolonged, sometimes disabling symptoms.
Yet somehow, we have people confidently attributing complex medical conditions to a stranger’s personal choices while overlooking the biological unpredictability of illness itself.
I sometimes wonder whether this attitude is rooted in something deeper than ignorance.
Perhaps it’s fear.
Perhaps blaming sick people provides healthy people with a comforting illusion:
If I can identify what they supposedly did wrong, I can convince myself the same thing will never happen to me.
It’s psychologically convenient, isn’t it?
Because acknowledging that illness can strike despite our best efforts means confronting an uncomfortable truth about our own vulnerability.
And that requires humility.
Health is not a certificate of moral superiority.
Illness is not proof of irresponsibility.
And suffering is not an invitation for strangers to conduct a public trial of someone’s life choices.
Christina Applegate doesn’t owe the internet a defense of her diet, her medical decisions, her body, or her past.
She deserves the same compassion and dignity that every seriously ill human being deserves.
Before you congratulate yourself for being healthier, wiser, or more disciplined than someone whose body is failing them, consider something.
You may be doing everything right.
You may also be extraordinarily fortunate.
And those are not necessarily the same thing.
The human body does not operate on a merit system.
Perhaps the next time you encounter someone living with a devastating illness, instead of asking what they did to deserve it, you might ask yourself why you feel so certain it could never happen to you.
Because sometimes the most important health lesson isn’t about nutrition, exercise, or supplements.
It’s about humility.

I’m not sure which scheme is bigger: the harm reduction industry or the spinal cord stimulator industry.
Harm reduction whackos have somehow convinced the federal government that distributing crack pipes is a public health intervention, while MDs and medical device manufacturers have convinced patients to implant dangerous medical devices like spinal cord stimulators

STOP THE MURDER SHOTS
Dear Secretary Kennedy,
I am writing to inform you of what I have personally witnessed as a paramedic: young adults in their 20s suffering strokes, heart attacks, and aortic dissections that caused them to collapse and die at the ER entrance. The volume of damage I have seen following COVID-19 vaccination has been extensive.
These injuries are not being properly documented. I have been laughed at by physicians after delivering young patients when I raised the possibility of vaccine injury upon learning they had recently received the COVID shots. The data remains skewed in favor of the pharmaceutical companies. The bias that was permitted and actively advanced by your predecessors is still present and continues to produce lasting harm in communities.
My request is direct. Issue a comprehensive questionnaire to healthcare facilities requiring every physician, nurse, and medic to report the post-vaccination injuries and sudden deaths they have personally witnessed. In addition, establish clear documentation standards going forward that record COVID-19 vaccination status so outcomes can be evaluated against actual exposure rather than remaining in permanent speculation.
Most Americans know someone who believes they were harmed by this product. It is time the record is settled for those living now and for the generations that follow.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Harry Fisher
Paramedic
God bless

The dea wants to classify every pain patient as an immoral criminal addict whose lives are out of control and need the court system and 'addiction recovery' to save their lost, pitiful, empty criminal lives.
It is good for their 'business' and this spills over into bigger budgets for the prison-industrial complex, LE (more drug dogs SWAT vehicles and more), courts, 'addiction' experts. That may be 40-50M US citizens and is their target.

Rep Bonamici introduced a bill targeting women with chronic pain.
H.R. 10649 would impose a new fee on prescription opioids to fund drug disposal programs.
Primary sponsor is Rep. Suzanne Bonamici — Democrat, Oregon's 1st Congressional District.
You can call her office at Bonamici: (202) 225-0855
Patients living with debilitating chronic pain are not protected
And guess what? Medications prescribed for addiction are exempt from the fee altogether.
Are they high??? What the hell is going on??
Why does Congress continue to treat chronic pain patients differently?
Why is someone suffering from severe spinal disease, arachnoiditis, CRPS, or another debilitating condition less deserving of protection than someone with cancer?
Pain is pain, regardless of the diagnosis.
And why are we once again singling out prescription opioids while giving addiction-treatment medications a pass?
