This has everything to do with game situation and broadcaster style than anything to do with any sort of biases.
Joe's calls have been fine.
It's simple -- If you want unfettered excitement for the team you want to win, listen to their radio feed.

1. Joe’s voice is not 100% — that’s nobody’s fault.
2. This is a perfectly normal call of a fourth-inning homer. A big chunk of the problem is kids raised on reaction videos and engagement farming who except screaming for literally anything.

I think the Joe Davis hate is getting a little absurd. He’s calling a game on NATIONAL TELEVISION.
He’s supposed to be as impartial as possible and a second inning double play to get out of a jam isn’t something any announcer is going to freak out over.
