A little bit of an action shot with HMCS REGINA’s helo, call sign Bronco launching to support Ex TRIDENT FURY 25 operations. We also have ARM BENITO JUAREZ’s Helo - Panther, participating in the action at sea (stock photo).

Congratulations to @MarkJCarney on being elected Canada’s next Prime Minister. The U.S.-Canada relationship is vital to both nations, and there’s no one more prepared to strengthen it. Mark is one of the smartest, most capable, and steady-handed leaders I know. Wishing him success in the days, months, and years ahead. bloombg.org/4bDQT1k

Start the year off right with a better understanding of how we’re being manipulated by fear. Thank you @CaulfieldTim.
Anger, fear and negativity are destroying the truth.
My new article: There's a reason fear runs our lives. Let's not let it win thestar.com/opinion/theres-a…
Fear is a powerful force. Fear gets votes. Fear builds brands. Fear gets attention. Fear generates engagement. Even if that fear is based on an entirely incorrect representation of reality.

Darkness has always been and will always be around us. Hope, however, shines like a light in these dark times. Hope lights up our inner strength and helps us keep going, even when things are tough. Don't give up on hope—it's what keeps us going when times are hard.
From my snowy sanctuary of the Yukon, I send forth a beacon of hope. 🧡

Holy shit! This is the most damning, powerful video I've ever seen at a DNC Convention. Trump attempting to overthrow American democracy by inciting a violent insurrection and attempted coup. 😭 #DNC2024CHICAGO #DNC2024 #DNCConvention
So sad to see this.
