I needed this today but as a family WE needed today. A day altogether. We don’t get many days like this due to shift work and we’ve being unsuccessful with matching annual leave requests this year. BUT it just means we’ll have to prioritise lots more Saturdays like this 😊

I love being able to do bank shifts on the wards. Privileged to work with a fab team on Ward 3 today @MKHospital . For a ward with very heavy demands, the team showed amazing teamwork and brought lots of cheerfulness to the environment
