I think restricting OF positioning is too reactionary. It's an unnecessary response and that as his seeing 100mph from an earlier age continues to be more common hitters will adjust and get better at hitting it

Don't want MLB season to be over, but on the bright side I will be changing back to m00nl1ght day 1 of the offseason since @RefuseToLosePod talked me into changing my handle to try to change the Mariners juju earlier this season. It did not work like last year lol

The only explanation for Jason Kanzler to be a finalist for mariners manager is he must be a very impressive individual. He's 36 and didn't play above high A. He was a high school manager then a MiLB hitting coordinator. Then in 2024 the cubs hired him as director of player dev.

Wow so those ARE the finalists and there's apparently not a secret candidate. I would prefer Kanzler as manager and Espada as bench coach but not sure he'd accept that
