This is one of the best books on bitcoin available.
The original Gradually, Then Suddenly series of essays helped shape my understanding of Bitcoin. Reflecting on it now, Parker and these essays played a significant role in my decision to join Unchained in 2021.
GTS the book is a more coherent and thoughtfully structured version of those essays, covering the problems with fiat currencies, bitcoin fundamentals, common misconceptions, and the case for bitcoin's inevitable success. Reading it will give you a deep appreciation of the technology, economics, and implications of a global Bitcoin standard.
In a world overrun with AI-generated content it was also refreshing to see that Parker commissioned a real artist for the cover and narrated the audiobook himself. Impressive display of proof-of-work.
