Day after day, night after night. Not much gets said about a team's endurance, persistence, and talent.
Setting that aside, we've built something I'm quite proud to see take shape.
Why this AxonOS Experiment Matters: electroporation is how medicine gets DNA and chemo drugs into cells.
This is just the beginning of open-sourced scientific discoveries, aka: DeSci.

This video was recorded over a month ago. Since then, AxonOS has upgraded substantially.
Development has continued steadily, and AxonOS is now running in mainnet beta at app.axonos.io.
Recent milestones include:
• x402 v2 + Bazaar compatibility (app.axonos.io/.well-known/x4…)
• USDC payment rail with dynamic pricing
• Agent-native SSH provisioning
• Persistent user workspaces & storage
• Browser ↔ desktop file transfer
• Desktop audio and microphone support — enabling future voice-native workflows for AxonVoice
• Significant WebRTC/NVENC latency and stability improvements
• Concurrent GPU sessions
• Live telemetry (app.axonos.io/telemetry)
• Numerous UX, wallet and session management improvements
I have also designed and developed the axonos.io landing page and docs.axonos.io, both of which are still under active development.
This is just the beginning. Looking forward to sharing more of the engineering behind AxonOS as we continue building an open-source, GPU-native operating system for AI and scientific computing.
Everything is being developed in the open as AxonOS continues to evolve.

Most GPU products stop at access.
AxonOS starts where access becomes work.
AxonOS is a virtual desktop designed for scientific workloads: a Linux workspace with JupyterLab, terminal access, ML/science tooling, isolated sessions, and support for research workloads like GROMACS-style molecular dynamics.
Less setup. Faster first run.

Today we all lost our jobs.....
Three Nature papers showing that scientists in the conventional sense are obsolete
At least read the first one.... the AI replaced all things that the scientist does ....

A GPU alone does not make a workflow easier.
Researchers and builders still need the layer around it: the tools, the environment, the context, and a clear path from access to the first real run.
AxonOS is that interface layer for AxonDAO.
It connects compute to the work people actually want to do, while helping the bigger system across compute, data, research, and coordination become easier to use.
AI can accelerate science, but only if the infrastructure is already there.
Compute, consented data, decentralized coordination, and research workflows need to be connected before a global threat appears.
Researchers need this today, not just when a pandemic forces the question.
That's what we're building.
If Hantavirus mutated into a global threat, it would unleash AI + biotech unlike anything we've ever seen.
> genome sequenced and public in 4 hours
> AlphaFold maps every protein target
> AI screens 10,000 drugs in 24 hrs
> 50 vaccine candidates designed simultaneously
> AI designed antibodies in days
> risk of death computed instantly
> decentralized trials launch globally
> enroll from home
> 20 countries manufacturing at once
> first doses in three weeks
> real-time dose characterization
> your genome + biomarkers determine your protocol
> variant map updates every hour
No one would wait for governments.

🚀 Applications are now OPEN for the DeSci Asia Fund ($10,000) for Scientific Breakthroughs on @Artizen season6 ! 🔬🌏
Supporting DeSci builders, researchers, DAOs, and scientific communities advancing decentralized science across Asia.
Compute only matters if researchers can use it.
They need capacity, but also a practical way to access it, run workloads, and manage experiments without fighting the stack underneath.
That’s where AxonOS fits in.
GPUs supply the compute. AxonOS helps make it usable.

Hi Axonians,
Join us for an upcoming X Space with our CTO Dr. Avi @iAvimanyu.
We’ll be talking about the rollout of the AxonOS private beta, why compute and AxonOS come first in the build sequence, and how this phase fits into the broader Axon ecosystem.
Set a reminder and join us live.

AxonOS is now in private beta.
We are inviting qualified researchers to join the first test cohort and early grant pipeline.
Selected researchers may receive free initial compute grants on the first V100-backed stack as part of the initial rollout.
