Going down the X rabbit hole I came across this: Adding milk to scrambled eggs. I didn’t realise how controversial this could be. My mum added milk. I do not. What is your take on this?

For me, one of the best things about X is seeing foods from around the world. I may not experience firsthand but seeing the dishes in photos and hearing about them is perhaps the next best thing. What is your favourite local dish to make?

Just putting it out there: I do not like balloons. They feel horrible and make my hair stand up. But mainly they are toxic to the environment. Letting go of helium balloons is littering. Sorry. I had to get that off my chest.

I recently discovered our local Costco (🇬🇧) now stocks bags of baking soda. I have always been envious of 🇺🇸 for having this in their stores. I always use it for cleaning purposes but have not been able to buy it in such big quantities before. 🧵 1/2
