Your local Wiltshire Library has free Warm Packs which include a blanket, hot water bottle and thermal mug. Just pop in to your local library and ask at the counter – there are no eligibility rules. Please pass this on to anyone you feel would benefit.

1/8 It’s Children in Need season. I always feel like an absolute grinch critiquing it because it’s so beloved and obviously raises much needed cash. But my ick outweighs my discomfort at being impolite so here we go (a thread)

BREAKING: Germany has just announced UNLIMITED public transport anywhere in the country will cost just £1.40 PER DAY.
Officials say the policy is aimed at cutting CO2 emissions and helping with the cost of living.

‘SORT IT OUT.’ Thank you to @TheLastLeg for sending out a message to @Channel4 for deaf folk who are missing their subtitles.
Remarkably, @AdamHillsComedy lifting these boards is the only accessible bit of C4 for the last two weeks…

Cycling is an easy way to save fuel.
Over 70% of trips are under five miles - distances many of us could easily make by bike. But the UK does need to invest to make cycling a more attractive option if driving is to stop being the default: bit.ly/3ixYHYg
