Thank you @taxgirl for including me in your 1st @tax must-follow list. It is an appreciated honor to be included with so many respected #taxpros. I see some new names and look forward to getting to know them on LI and here on twitter. #Gratitude and Congratulations to all.
When I joined @tax one of the first things I was asked was if I would keep my must-follow #Twitter list. I wanted to keep it going, but make it different.
So, it's shorter, and I’ve added #LinkedIn. No one appears on both lists.

The Texas grocery store chain is set to launch a nearly $500,000 "Fresh Initiative" remodel at its 407 South Adams location in Fredericksburg next year. The store is H-E-B's only location in the booming tourist town in the remote western Hill Country outside of San Antonio and Austin. @CraigEnderlin

On the AICPA Tax Practice Quarterly Webcast just now they said don't put client information into a public AI tool as it creates a 7216 disclosure issue and said instead to use a business or enterprise version that does not do training on data and keeps your data private. They specifically call it a Tool. This seems to put to bed this 7216 shenanigans #TaxTwitter

Learned a new word from my MI STEM teaching cousin: Axoloti's are unique aquatic salamanders. Snapped this photo during feeding time. My cousin thinks DOT is cute. I told her Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Sounds like kids love them.

#Florida is dealing with its largest #dengue outbreak in decades. The state has counted nearly 750 cases this year, and more than half came from local mosquito bites, mostly in the Tampa area. That makes it the biggest outbreak in the continental U.S. since 1935. The federal health agency has launched a Level 3 emergency response.

"Consistent signal that the last two weeks of November we should start to see more frequent Gulf Coast storm systems with rain and severe opportunities." -@NbergWX. Severe Opportunities caught my attention. Noah is speaking about #flwx. #Texas #weather tracking what do you see?
El Niño is waiting in the wings to really start having a noticeable impact regularly on our weather here in Florida. Consistent signal that the last two weeks of November we should start to see more frequent Gulf Coast storm systems with rain and severe opportunities.
Notice the steady + rain anomaly end of November then heading into early December on the ECMWF ensemble mean. Looking on the raw model, there are lots of upper Gulf Coast low pressure's likely on the way. While El Niño won't make it rain or storm constantly, at times this winter there will be pretty active spells on the Florida Peninsula.
I have often told others I use "Feel. Deal. Heal." to process #Grief or other losses. FB 10/26/2014 memory served again today. Displayed it then as:

I asked @DiscountTire today what #inventory method they used. Explained #FIFO First In First Out and #LIFO Last In First Out. Told them I asked because grocery stores put the oldest stuff in the front and longer lasting behind. Man agreed. He checked. DOT date is the date made. Birthdate for 2 was 22nd week of 2026; birthdate for remaining 2 was 23rd week this year. #tire #DOB
