Hello @PrincessCruises, I'm having trouble with both calling in and chat via OneSource/Polar. I'm not sure why any travel agent help is - well - rude and unhelpful. I have a cruise that might be eligible for a cruise fare adjustment...

...and no one can help. I keep being told it is not eligible for the price I am seeing online. And it is probably because the rate is only for new bookings. Yet, we cannot find that in the fine print anywhere. Is there anyway to find out information on a booked cruise?

Thank you, in advance, for any help you may be able to give. I am pretty disappointed in the travel agent customer service. I expected so much more from a great company and cruise line.

Placeholder was DATE SPECIFIC instead of month or week specific, we would have booked it the last day of our cruise so that rolling forward dates wouldn't matter. We bought the Placeholder with a PURPOSE, knowing we were sailing the same week...

two years later. Now, the dates don't line up. Please help us. Several of us have money tied up in these Placeholders and bought them to use in 2026. I would like to respectfully ask we be able to use our current Placeholders on the 2026 cruise. Thank you!
