There's more to successful projects than having an Idea & rushing to Execute.
So many BTS!
Just like the saying "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
Lots of things to consider from the Cost,Time, Quality, Risks, Resources etc
I'll be talking about these in details here🥳
Building PMBuddy.App has taught me that humans have a huge role to play in management, the best tool becomes useless if the user doesn't use it intentionally.
Using PMBuddy.app for an event project.
Oh dearrs i created a masterpiece 😫
Thank you Jesus for knowledge
Love itttt
Nothing can beat a brand that has a marketing budget and is valuable in the market place.
If you have only one you'll just become skilled in unending strategies...
I vibecode and my normal way was to do everything manually from prompting claude to updating repositories, Supabase etc. I had difficulties fixing a bug and decided to use cowork, you guyss 😭I have been starving when I had food loll. Grateful that I have learnt the process tho
Before AI and #VibeCoding you needed to know how to code or even pay a dev but now??? Lol after vibecoding the product, how to get people to see and use what you built becomes the real problem... and then you realize building was never the problem marketing was 😅😅
Looking forward to an amazing time!
If AI can do parts of your job, and another freelancer can do the rest for less, what exactly are clients paying YOU for?
This is an uncomfortable yet important question and one every freelancer needs to answer.
On Sept. 14–15, we’re bringing freelancers together for a 2-day masterclass on Surviving the AI Labor Market to unpack how to stay relevant, competitive and paid, together with @DebbieEmuobo, @FunnelAlchemyst, @prosper_ayere, @Web3Geek01
⏰ 6:30–8PM WAT Daily.
Registration is Free luma.com/het7fcrj
Free AI credits available to participants!
Come rethink your career strategy.
World population is now way more than the opportunities available. Maybe more people should look into starting businesses to solve problems and hopefully a bigger company doesn't steal the idea😅 Weirddd!!! I thought y'all said the sky is wide enough for everyone?
The world is actually moving weird right now!
You are trying to learn a skill to live a better life. That same skill you are learning, an expert in it just got laid off, while your learning journey just started. And now you're wondering if there's a future in this path. Weird!!!
Fellow Nigerians, good morning.
I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you.
Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances.
We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal.
More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism.
We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power.
Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise.
Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them.
However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.
Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated.
And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions.
There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?
Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Web3 professionals do real work every day.
But the proof of that work is scattered.
A developer shares GitHub commits.
A marketer posts campaign results on X.
A community manager drops screenshots in Telegram.
Over time those proofs get buried, lost, or forgotten.
That makes it harder for professionals to show what they’ve actually done, and harder for recruiters to see real experience.
So we built Ghonsi proof.
A platform where Web3 professionals can upload their proofs of work, add context, and keep them as permanent records.
Today we are launching the Beta Test.
If you work in Web3, help us test it.
Upload one proof of your work and start building your proof ledger.
ghonsiproof.com
Your feedback will help us improve the platform.

That tax law you are writing that says property will be seized if you don't pay tax will be used to seize your property when Tinubu leaves office
Ask Malami
The surprising thing is that most Nigerians would support seizing property obtained through corruption, so why didn't you openly include it? And pass it
I know why
You knew if you inserted it, it would not pass, so you paused and then smuggled it in. That's cowardice
In law, there is something called the fruits of a poisonous tree
If you don't fix the law and you use it to seize the properties of anyone, it will be returned once you leave office
The problem with Nigerians is that they don't understand life is a stage. All this gra gra you're doing, someone did it before you
I was in Lagos when Abacha's son went shopping on Awolowo Rd in Ikoyi; they closed down the entire street. Years later I saw same guy step down from Black Maria
If you no humble ooh God go humble you

A community manager can never take a founder's place in the community.
Community members feel special when founders are involved in the #community.
Hiring a CM doesn't mean you get to take off the role of building relationships with your brand supporters as a founder!
