To anyone who boils water for coffee: the water temperature matters! For years I brought it to a full boil and it always tasted bitter.
Use a food thermometer. Stop heating when the water hits 200 degrees. The coffee will taste rich and chocolatey!

Y'all: I could have sworn Celine Dion died a couple years ago. But she's still performing shows and on the cover of Harper's Bazaar?
Is the a Mandela Effect thing?

It is amazing that humans invent things that don't physically exist - concepts, beliefs, rules, politics, religions - and the fight to the death over them.
Do you think this is common among other intelligent species, or unique to us?
They say nothing in life is free...
Except the support that indie musicians get from @NAS_Spotlight. Join today!

I know a retired boomer who habitually wakes up before her husband, gets high and watches horror movies.
Not sure how to process that, so I'm sharing it with the internet.
My #IWantMyNAS pick this week is “Never In Love” by @BlueSkyEffect .
It's a fun, peppy breakup song. Check it out!
