Whenever anyone whose brain has been addled by ruschist Disinfolklore accuses an other of “provoking an other,” that’s the attack.
Primarily, here Bulgaria is attacking Romania.
By accusing Romania of provoking the little innocent bear cub who would not even harm the fleas on its own Caracas, were it not for the wily Romanian provoking the bear cub by accusing it of sinking ships.
Textbook Accusation in a Mirror.
When someone attacks you by accusing you of attacking/provoking them, the disorientation is real, and, here, part of Bulgaria’s attack.
What else could a bear cub do, having been so provoked by Romania, but engage in the very activity the innocent bear was accused of?!
