I had to request the videos of both teams. I locked myself in my room for a day and a half, taking notes and watching every minute of every match.
Because the goal of a referee is to stay one step ahead, to know what's going to happen before it does.
At the time, preparing like that was quite unusual... but I'm proud of the fact that today, it's the normal preparation for a referee.

Revenue generation: We have identified over 800 fleet vehicles that belong to the city that we will place on auction to generate revenue. These vehicles are too expensive for the city to keep.
