Thank you to Patricia McGeoghan, a Discharge Coordinator in our District Nursing Services, who is now retiring after 40 years with the NHS! She started off as a staff nurse at Preston Royal Infirmary in 1977 & has been working in District Nursing since the mid 80s #NHS70
