ICE grabs U.S. citizen from behind—slams her down on the pavement.
"I'm like four feet tall," she says.
"How dangerous can I be?"
"We don't have weapons—other than our voice!"
Agents were on county property—in direct violation of cease & desist order.
Order demanded ICE stop using county property—including the jail—as a staging area for civil immigration enforcement.
Community members arrived on the scene to protest after agents refused to comply with the order.
One ICE agent at the site said he was: "Waiting to hear back from their chain of command."
Incident occurred outside the Monterey County Jail in Salinas, California.

For me it’s when the story sticks with you so hard that after it ends you just stay on the couch for a while, smiling a little, feeling lighter and more alive, like something in you got switched back on.

为了防止这根四百多米高的细竹竿被大风吹折，建筑师每隔 12 层楼就故意留出两层完全不装玻璃的镂空透风层，让高空狂风从大楼肚子里穿堂吹过。可等这帮亿万富豪真正搬进去住之后，却发现自己花几千万买来了一座高空惊悚屋，于是业主委员会一怒之下把开发商告上了法庭索赔上亿美元。
诉状里揭开的豪宅内幕让人哭笑不得：每逢大风天，大楼依然会剧烈摇晃并发出像老木船一样的金属呻吟声，剧烈的摆动会多次触发电梯安全锁，把身家百亿的业主直接困在半空电梯井里好几个小时
更要命的是大楼内部那根从顶楼笔直通到底层、长达四百米的垂直垃圾滑道，因为距离太高又缺少足够的缓冲折角，顶楼住户随手扔进去一袋厨余垃圾，垃圾在管道里一路自由落体加速到极限速度砸在底楼时，整栋楼都会传来一声像炸弹爆炸一样的恐怖巨响声。
