❗️As the head of Ukraine’s negotiating team, I have just held an online meeting with Yana Lantratova, head of the Russian negotiating team. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the humanitarian mission in Oleshky.
I informed the Russian side that the ceasefire would take effect on October 27 at 3:00 a.m. Kyiv time. The Russian Commissioner for Human Rights confirmed that, on the Russian side, the ceasefire would begin on October 27 at 4:00 a.m. Moscow time. This means the ceasefire will begin at the same time.
We also discussed other details agreed upon in advance, exchanged information, and confirmed that preparations are proceeding in accordance with the preliminary agreement and that both sides are fulfilling all the commitments they have undertaken.

KETHI, owned by Estonia’s Hansa shipping and flying under a Maltese flag, is carrying approx 7533 tonnes of alumina
This is the first shipment to depart Aughinish since the EU admitted that this alumina “undoubtedly” ends up supplying the russian military
