I found this interesting. Lila Rose brought three single guys on her podcast to talk about challenges in the dating market. Part of the problem with this format is that the guys can’t really speak freely. Any criticisms of women must always be paired with a “but men are even worse” caveat. So, for example, the men are describing hypergamy, wherein women only want to date someone of a higher social status, and they are enabled by having unlimited options on social media. Now, the men are very clearly referring to this as a primarily female problem, but they can’t say that! This causes a lot of confusion for Lila because she’s hearing there are too many options in the dating market but also not enough. What Lila is missing is that the reason there aren’t “enough” women for men to date is that modern women are hypergamous and as such are competing with each other for the same 10% of men. Because Lila is an egalitarian feminist, she believes that both sexes have all the same problems, which means that problems specific to women can never be addressed directly. Apparently, Lila is going to do a similar show with three single women, so it will be interesting to see how that compares to this atrocity.

Joel Berry's favorite African illegal likely lied to US officials about his intentions when he came to America. @RHPalmerston3 discovered that he admitted on a podcast that his visa interview was in Calgary. The problem? He claimed he had status from his marriage. But Canadian K-1 spousal visas hold all of their interviews in Montreal, not Calgary. Based on this information it's likely that he tried skipping the line by coming on a tourist visa and then just overstaying. K-1 visas have a 12-15 month wait period and clearly he didn't want to wait.
I’m pretty sure I know exactly why Samuel Sey is having immigration trouble. In my view, several things in the public record suggest that he may have entered the United States on a non-immigrant visa, despite having had a clear intent to marry. If that was not disclosed when obtaining his non-immigrant visa, that would be a serious problem under current regulations. Consider the recent statement from his family:
“My husband Samuel Sey entered the United States legally and has been working ever since in good faith with a lawyer to obtain permanent legal status. Our family is trying to understand what went wrong in the process. In the spirit of Romans 13, our family fully supports and respects American law and are prayerfully working to get him home through the legal process.” What immediately stands out about this statement is what it doesn’t say. In particular, it tells us nothing about why it would take four years of working with a lawyer to obtain that status. Legal Entry*: Initially it was not clear whether or not Sey is (or was) a Canadian citizen, so the mechanism by which he entered the United States was not clear. However, I found a February 14, 2022 interview that he did with Allie Beth Stuckey which makes it clear that he had to obtain a visa to enter the United States (as opposed to entering visa-free as Canadian citizens do): podscripts.co/podcasts/relat… There are three very significant things in that interview: Sey indicates that he entered the United States in the weeks before the February 14, 2022 interview, with the following exchange taking place: “And so speaking of hurdles, let's talk about some of the hurdles, Samuel, that you had to jump over in order to get to Annie in the States. Because I know even up until like couple weeks ago, things were kind of up in the air, right?” “Yeah, man. About the wedding day, people kept asking me when. I said, I don't know. We have dates in mind, but it depends on what happens with the visa. So essentially, so even to get my, so what's happening is in the visa process right now in Canada is this. it's very hard to get an appointment for the visa because of COVID restrictions and everything.” Sey Discusses the Process of Obtaining a U.S. Visa and Going to an Interview in Calgary, Alberta: “Yeah. So I got it. And then finally, I had the appointment, which was all the way in Calgary, the other side of the country. The reason why is because the Toronto embassy, the U.S. Embassy in Toronto, was essentially closed. It has been essentially close to the last two years, which is one of the reasons why I couldn't come over the last couple of years. So I go to Calgary. They approve me. They approve the visa.” Sey got Engaged in August of 2021: “But then in 20, but then from that year, 2019 until 2021, we didn't see each other for two years. Wow. Until I saw her in August, for the the first time since 2019, and then I proposed to her.” We also know that he was married on April 23, 2022: instagram.com/p/DXfpiT0lmBB/ Problems With Potential Visa Misrepresentations: Taken together, all of this is a huge problem for Sey because, under U.S. gudiance, someone who enters in a non-immigrant visa and takes certain actions inconsistent with that status within 90 days is presumed to have engaged in willful misrepresentation: fam.state.gov/fam/09FAM/09FA… And we know that this is a possible problem in this case, because Sey discussed at length going to an interview in 2021 or 2022 in Calgary. However, all interviews for fiancé visas (the K-1 visa) are conducted in Montreal, Quebec: ca.usembassy.gov/fiancee/ and have been since 2016 berardiimmigrationlaw.com/fi…. So whatever visa got, could not have been a fiancé visa. Moreover, based upon my knowledge and experience, if he had declared an intent to marry and remain in the United States to the visa officer, he would not have been granted a B-2 visa and would have been told to apply for a K-1 visa instead. .

Judge a man by his enemies, as they say. All of Joel’s enemies are fake and gay. They are my enemies as well.
This is probably the most important clip from NXR to come out this year, especially if you count yourself an enemy of Christian Nationalism. Please watch and share. Link: youtu.be/TE5fJTfPIT4

@JoelWBerry, why did you delete your post? Did Samuel Sey actually enter the United States on a tourist visa (B2 category) and commit fraud and misrepresentation on 3 separate occasions? Did Samuel Sey look for a way to jump the queue instead of applying via the legal consular process like the rest of us?

Samuel Sey’s rise to prominence in Evangelicalism over 1,000s of White Christian men of more character and substance is a form of “ethnic partiality”.

Samuel Sey blocked me almost a year ago when I commented on the evils behind his rhetoric in which he so easily puts down virgin women while promiscuous women are somehow better as long as they claim repentance. He is now in the process of getting deported due to overstaying his visa. Some people are acting like he’s a victim. Funny how things end up working out…it’s all connected. These people that promote wickedness in the name of God have skeletons in their closet and do not live honest lives. They’re bad faith actors. Below is an excerpt from his article in which he says nothing but positive things about redeemed harlots while painting virginity in women as, at best, not that important, and at worst, more prone to wickedness. This is what I voted for 🙌🙌🙌
Earlier this week, our dear brother Samuel Sey @SlowToWrite was en route to appear on our podcast when he got detained by ICE. Samuel is from Canada, and has been living here as a legal resident of the United States. We are confident this clerical mistake will be fixed, but this has been a terrible experience for his family. Please consider supporting his lovely wife Annie and their three small children as they deal with the legal and living expenses of this terrible ordeal. If you know Samuel, you know what a good man of character he is. So many of us have been blessed by his writing and ministry. Please help! givesendgo.com/support-for-s…

Joel Berry, after grifting for a deportee, has decided to open a new front by falsely labeling me: 1. A neo-nazi 2. An excommunicant 3. from “the” LCMS church Of course, e-pastors, conservatives, etc. will never condemn him; you’re allowed to lie if it’s against the right.

Is that the neo-Nazi who was excommunicated from the LCMS church?

This was literally a joke in “The Office” (BBC) over 20 years ago.
This is why @YoungBobRB was arrested... for explaining that the word Paki is an abbreviation. It should not be illegal to say Paki, same way calling someone a "brit" is not illegal. Words should not be crimes. Full stop.

Neil seems to think that CNs spend all day and night terminally online. But in fact, CNs are raising big families, boosting their local economies with their businesses, and are faithful members of their local churches. He should try conversing with one in real life.

Overstaying a visa does not require a particular mens rea. It's a strict liability violation. Ignorance is not a defense. Berry is ODing on Copium.
