One of my biggest gripes with modern metroidvanias is how they all feel the need to be 20+ hour romps in a genre that’s made to be casually speedrun-able I really hope Metroid Ravenous doesn’t fall into that same trap and is as tight on playtime as Dread was

currently playing Belmonts curse and I’ve been playing for 23 hours, but it hasn’t stopped my enjoyment cause I’ve spent so much time exploring around. best part is know this game can be beaten in less than 4 hours as there’s an achievement for doing so
