Starting June 1st I decided to avoid all takeout/junk/alcohol for a month and it's crazy how much of a difference it makes even after only a single week. This will be the summer of melee and muscles baby!!

After about 6 months of not working out I'm back at it. Week 3 of just using the treadmill and I feel a lot better already. Can't wait to start lifting again.
