Netflix has fired their chief content officer Bela Bajaria. She will be replaced by Peter Rice, the former entertainment chairman at Disney.
Netflix's film chief Dan Lin is also expected to be fired, subject to final decision by Peter Rice.

A new law should be passed that before companies can have mass layoffs within a 5 year period they must first reduce the pay of the CEOs and board members.
The same law should require companies to raise the wage of all workers each time a CEOs pay is increased.
